Second-term typography students designed small, accordian-style folding books as their final projects. Each letter of the alphabet was pictured after a cohesive theme was developed. Students used photography, digital image manipulation, painting with light, and even cooked pancake letters to tell their own unique letter story. They practiced craftsmanship, project planning, paper engineering and Adobe Photoshop as they built the final books.
